Sellers may be required to pay the following types of fees:
Listing Fees
You will be charged a listing fee of $0.20 USD for each item that you list for sale on aquavida.com or Aqua Vida's mobile apps. You will only be charged a listing fee for creating or renewing a listing; there is no fee for editing a listing. You will be charged a listing fee whether or not the listed items sells. Listing fees will appear on your Aqua Vida statement. It's important to note that listing fees are non-refundable.
Transaction FeesWhen you make a sale through aquavida.com, you will be charged a transaction fee of 10% of the price you display for each listing. If you sell from the US or Canada, the transaction fee will not apply to the shipping cost, sales tax, Goods and Services Tax, or Harmonized Sales Tax. If you sell from anywhere other than the US and Canada, the transaction fee will apply to the listing price (which should include any applicable taxes), but will not apply to the shipping cost. Transaction fees will appear on your Aqua Vida statement.
Payment Processing Fees
Online Sales. Payments are securely processed through aquavida.com and Aqua Vida's mobile apps (learn more about Aqua Vida Payments below). Aqua Vida charges a payment processing fee for processing each transaction through aquavida.com and Aqua Vida's mobile apps.
Payments. Payment processing fees vary based on the location of your bank account. This fee is assessed on the total amount of the sale, including tax and shipping. The payment processing fee is deducted from the transaction amount as the funds become available for deposit. Payment processing fees will be reported in your Aqua Vida statement.
Advertising Fees
Aqua Vida offers two forms of paid advertising: Promoted Listings and Google Shopping ads. If you advertise through Promoted Listings or Google Shopping ads, you will be charged separate advertising fees. Advertising fees vary by opportunity and will be clearly outlined before you commit to purchasing an ad. Advertising fees will appear on your Aqua Vida bill. Shipping Fees
Sellers are responsible for shipment of all orders made through their Aqua Vida shop.

Aqua Vida will send you a bill for advertising fees (if any) at the beginning of each month. The Aqua Vida bill will detail the amount due for the prior month’s fees and services. You are responsible for paying your Aqua Vida bill in full within 15 days of the date of the invoice, or the account will be considered past due.
Sellers may pay their Aqua Vida bill manually by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or with their payment account balance. US sellers may also enroll in AutoBilling, Aqua Vida's automatic bill payment option.
By enrolling in Aqua Vida's AutoBilling automatic payment plan, your fees will be charged to the credit card you have on file. To use the plan, you agree to the following terms.
Aqua Vida Payments enables sellers to accept various forms of payment in their local currencies while using Aqua Vida's services. Sellers registered for Aqua Vida Payments can accept payment by credit card, debit card, Aqua Vida Gift Card and Aqua Vida Credit, PayPal, some bank transfer services, Apple Pay, and Android Pay.
All Sellers are automatically registered for Aqua Vida Payments. Sellers using Aqua Vida Payments are also subject to the Aqua Vida Payments Policy.
Aqua Vida is responsible for collecting and paying any taxes associated with using and making sales through Aqua Vida's services.
If you sell physical goods on Aqua Vida and reside in the US or Canada, Aqua Vida will use a sales tax tool to calculate the tax owed on each sale.
If you sell physical goods on Aqua Vida and reside outside of the US and Canada, you need to include all applicable taxes in your listing prices.
Aqua Vida will issue 1099-K forms to certain sellers in the United States to comply with IRS requirements.
Please remember that Aqua Vida's fees do not include any withholding taxes that might apply in your home country. You are required to pay Aqua Vida the full amount of our fees and may not deduct any applicable withholding taxes from that amount. Please also note that some countries require Aqua Vida to charge VAT on certain of the fees that you may be charged in accordance with this policy, and that the fees listed in this policy do not include that VAT.
You may accept payment by Aqua Vida Gift Cards and Aqua Vida Credits. Aqua Vida Gift Cards and Aqua Vida Credits are subject to the Aqua Vida Gift Cards & Aqua Vida Credits Policy. Aqua Vida also charges the Aqua Vida Payments payment processing fee described above on Aqua Vida Gift Card and Aqua Vida Credit transactions.
