This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By purchasing, redeeming or accepting an Aqua Vida Gift Card or an Aqua Vida Credit, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.
This policy applies to Aqua Vida Gift Cards and Aqua Vida Credits issued in all currencies.
1. Purchasing an Aqua Vida Gift Card
Aqua Vida Gift Cards make a wonderful gift. Aqua Vida Gift Cards are available for purchase directly from Aqua Vida.
The expiration date for each Aqua Vida Gift Card is included in the email sent to the recipient. After the expiration date, the recipient will no longer be able to redeem the Aqua Vida Gift Card or use the remaining balance.
When you purchase an Aqua Vida Gift Card, a unique code will be sent to the recipient. The recipient will either redeem the code using a link in the email containing their unique code or enter the code on Aqua Vida to add its value to their account balance, allowing them to pay for orders from any shop on Aqua Vida.

2. Receiving an Aqua Vida Credit
From time to time you may be eligible to receive an Aqua Vida Credit as part of a special offer, promotion, or as part of a refund or other payment from Aqua Vida.
When you receive an Aqua Vida Credit you will receive a unique code. You may either redeem the code using a link in the email you receive containing the unique code or enter the code on Aqua Vida to add its value to your account balance, allowing you to pay for orders from any shop on Aqua Vida.
Unless otherwise noted, you may only receive one Aqua Vida Credit per special offer or promotion. Aqua Vida, in its sole discretion, may exclude certain buyers from any special offer or promotion (such as, for example, if it appears a buyer is creating accounts specifically for a promotion).
Aqua Vida Credits will be void where prohibited by law or on items ineligible for the applicable promotion (such as the purchase of Aqua Vida Gift Cards). Aqua Vida Credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
In addition to this policy, Aqua Vida Credits may be subject to additional offer or promotion-specific terms and conditions.
3. Redeeming an Aqua Vida Gift Card or Aqua Vida Credit
Aqua Vida Gift Cards and Aqua Vida Credits can be redeemed to buy items from any shop on Aqua Vida.
In order to use an Aqua Vida Gift Card or Aqua Vida Credit to purchase items on Aqua Vida, you must be a registered Aqua Vida member and redeem the unique code to apply the Aqua Vida Gift Card or Aqua Vida Credit value to your account’s gift card or Aqua Vida Credit balance. Once an Aqua Vida Gift Card or Aqua Vida Credit code has been redeemed, it cannot be returned for cash value or transferred to another account.
You may be required to redeem your Aqua Vida Credit by a certain date depending on the specific terms and conditions of the relevant special offer or promotion. If you do not redeem your Aqua Vida Credit prior to that date, your Aqua Vida Credit may expire.
4. Using Your Aqua Vida Gift Card or Aqua Vida Credit Balance
To make a purchase with an Aqua Vida Gift Card or Aqua Vida Credit, you must be browsing the site in the currency of that gift card or Aqua Vida Credit.
If your order total is less than your existing gift card or Aqua Vida Credit balance, the remainder of the balance will stay in your account’s gift card or Aqua Vida Credit balance to be used for future purchases. You may use your gift card or Aqua Vida Credit balance toward orders from any shop on Aqua Vida.
If your order total is more than your existing gift card or Aqua Vida Credit balance, the remainder of your order total must be paid with a credit card through Aqua Vida Payments.
At checkout, you have the option to apply your gift card or Aqua Vida Credit balance to eligible orders. Your gift card or Aqua Vida Credit balance cannot be used to pay an Aqua Vida bill, or buy an Aqua Vida Gift Card.
