This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By opening an Aqua Vida shop, you're agreeing to this policy and our Terms of Use.
Sellers are responsible for shipping their sold items to buyers. If you're using a shipping or fulfillment service, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your buyers receive the item(s) they purchased from your shop.
By selling on Aqua Vida, you agree to:
A. Provide an accurate "ships from" address.
B. Specify your shipping costs in your listings.
C. Ship items promptly after they are sold. Prompt shipping means that you ship each item within one (1) business day of purchase.
D. Comply with all local and international shipping and customs regulations. We know that shipping and customs regulations can be tough to read, so check out these Help articles on international shipping using United States Postal Service (USPS).
E. Shipping to the wrong address is likely to result in a non-delivery case, so make sure to ship to the address listed on Aqua Vida.
F. To mark the order as shipped when you ship it, email accounts@aquavida.com with the tracking number. Remember that you may only mark an order as shipped after you actually have shipped it. When you mark an order as shipped, the buyer will receive a notification (and may even break out into their happy dance).
G. Aqua Vida will collect shipping charges. Every listing must have an up-to-date complete shipping cost. Submit changes to accounts@aquavida.com. If a shipping cost is not up-to-date, Aqua Vida will not be responsible for the difference in cost and will not charge the buyers additional fees. The difference becomes your responsibility.
By emailing tracking information to Aqua Vida, you're giving us permission to collect and share the tracking information received from your chosen shipping carrier with the buyer.
In the unlikely event an order does not arrive, be prepared to provide valid proof of shipping. Valid proof of shipping must show that the item actually was shipped and that it was sent to the address provided on Aqua Vida. If a buyer does not receive their order, they may file a case against your shop.
2. Aqua Vida Package Insert
A percentage of all sales on Aqua Vida's site goes directly to water conservation efforts. It's important that our buyers remember that their purchase helps save the planet. Aqua Vida will provide the sellers with a package insert that is required to go in every package mailed out to buyers through Aqua Vida. The insert is vital to maintaining customer relations and have proven to be highly effective in cultivating repeat business, as well as referrals. If a seller is running low on inserts, please email accounts@aquavida.com to request additional inserts.
If Aqua Vida determines that a seller has not included a mandatory insert in the packages to buyers, Aqua Vida reserves the right to terminate the seller account.
