If you're ready to put your yogi balance to the test, try taking your practice to the top of a paddle board on the Delaware River. "Floating Yoga" classes led by instructors from Aqua Vida right near Spruce Street Harbor Park invite you to utilize the extra challenge of the water to really get focused and deepen that mind-body connection. And don't forget your swimsuit – while classes go at a pace designed so that you won't fall in the river, you are guaranteed to get a little wet.
