Throughout her life, Jenny has immersed herself in all aspects of fitness. While studying at Lehigh University, she was named Outstanding Freshman Athlete as a member of the rowing, cycling and rugby teams. In addition to being a multisport athlete, Jenny was Team Leader for Lehigh’s Steel Battalion (Army ROTC) and completed the Ranger Challenge. During this time, she began her fitness instructor career by teaching spin, boot camp and aerobics.
Following college, her love for competition has continued. As a triathlete she completed Ironman Florida, XTERRA Triathlons and many other Half Ironman and Olympic distance races garnering multiple first place finishes. She has qualified for and competed in Half Ironman World Championships and USA Triathlon Age Group Nationals. Jenny holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, competed in professional grappling fights and medaled in multiple national Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments.
Currently, Jenny is a personal trainer and fitness instructor in the Greater Philadelphia Area, where she was born and raised. She teaches spin, boot camp, yoga, rowing, barre and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She has completed certification courses in 200 Hour RYT Yoga, Life Style Meditation, spinning, barre, and SBCU Certified Bike Fit Specialist among others. She specializes in functional movement, endurance, multisport and mobility training. She has experience as a lifestyle counselor working with adolescents to seniors. Her passions outside of fitness include animals, where she worked as a marine mammal trainer in Hawaii and Florida. She also enjoys art and spending time with her family.
Jenny endeavors to assist clients in realizing their unique and infinite potential by knowing boundaries do not exist other than those we place upon ourselves.
